Platform settings

With the Premium license, you have the ability to manage all your workspaces comprehensively. The following platform settings are available to you.

Platform settings and workspaces

Platform settings control configurations that should apply to all events across all workspaces. For example, if multiple teams are using Oniva and each team has its own workspace, elements such as branding, specific media, and categories can be defined through platform settings. These elements are then inherited by all workspaces, but can be overridden at the workspace level. If a workspace has already overridden a setting, it will not be affected by changes made at the platform level.

Platform dashboard

The platform dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all activities within the application for platform admins with the Premium license.

Categories

Events can be categorised independently of the workspace using overarching categories and displayed in the overarching event library.

Venues

Venues can be created manually or through import as overarching, individual venues.

Organisations

Overarching organisations can be created for all workspaces.

Notifications

Overarching notifications can be created for all workspaces. Notifications can be overridden or disabled at the workspace level.

Media

Files such as event images and logos can be provided for all workspaces.

App tokens

Tokens can be created for interfaces (API) to access specific data on the platform, for example.

Account types

Account types allow the definition of login or access methods.

Plattform export logs

The export logs provide a historical overview of all export processes from the platform.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to a fee of CHF 2.50 per transaction in addition to the processing fee. Whether this fee will be borne by the guest or the organizer can be determined by you. The refund will then be processed for the full or partial amount. Ideally, you should specify this in your guest terms and conditions.
