Why is my event not bookable?

No access

The event exists, but you do not have permission to book it. Possible reasons:

Events with accounts
  • Restrictions due to account groups: The event may be restricted to a specific department or group that you are not part of.
  • Missing authorisation groups for the account type: Your account type does not have authorisation groups that allow access to this event.
  • Missing registration and access settings for the authorisation group: The authorisation group assigned to your account type does not allow access to the event website.
Events without accounts
  • Missing registration and access settings for authorisation groups: If no authorisation groups are enabled, the event is only accessible via a personal event link. To change this, the access settings can be adjusted, for example, to "public".
