Access denied
If your event website displays the message " Access denied", this may be due to the following reasons:
Events with accounts
Account group restrictions: The event may have been restricted by account groups that exclude you. For example, the event might be restricted to a department that you do not belong to.
Missing authorisation groups for the account type: There are no authorisation groupsset for the account type that is trying to access the event website.
Missing registration and access settings for the authorisation group: The authorisation group for this account type does not have registration and access settings that allow access to the event website.
Events without accounts
Missing registration and access settings for authorisation groups: No registration and access settings have been enabled for the authorisation groups. In this case, the event can only be opened with a personal event link. To change this, you can change the access settings to public.

Refunds
Refunds are subject to a fee of CHF 2.50 per transaction in addition to the processing fee. Whether this fee will be borne by the guest or the organizer can be determined by you. The refund will then be processed for the full or partial amount. Ideally, you should specify this in your guest terms and conditions.
