How to: Trigger a subsequent sending to a single contact

In some cases, it is necessary to (re)send a campaign to other contacts after it has been sent. A follow-up mailing can be used for this purpose.

A single person and a “send invite” button.

Resend to a new contact

  1. Add contact: If the campaign is to be sent to a new contact, you can simply add the contact to your event contacts. You can do this either manually by entering the contact individually, or by importing multiple contacts.
  2. Add to contact group: If the contact already exists and you are working with contact groups for campaign sending, simply add the contact to the appropriate group. You can do this by editing the contact and adding them to the group.
  3. Execute the sending: Once the contacts are added or assigned to the contact group, navigate to the event campaigns. There, you can select the "Open subsequent sending" option from the action menu (···). This will send the campaign to the newly added contacts. Only those contacts who have not previously received the campaign will receive it.

Resend to a contact who has already received It

In some cases, a campaign needs to be resent to a guest who, for example, has lost the invitation. To do this, the campaign must first be copied and a new contact group created.

  1. Duplicate campaign: If a campaign needs to be resent to a contact who has already received the invitation, first duplicate the existing campaign through the action menu (···) and select the "Duplicate" option.
  2. Create new contact group: Next, create a new contact group that contains only the affected contact. This can be done by editing the contact and assigning them to a new group.
  3. Adjust and send campaign: Edit the duplicated campaign and assign the new recipient group. The campaign can then be resent.
