In Oniva, you can choose from various layouts for your event image: standard and widescreen. Here’s how to select the right image for your event and what to consider.

Header images

Oniva event websites are responsive, meaning the layout adjusts based on the device. Therefore, it's recommended to avoid text in the title image.

Layout selection

  • Standard: This layout is best suited for smaller images. The image should be at least 1000x800 pixels in size.
  • Widescreen: If you prefer a wider image, choose the widescreen layout. Here the image should be at least 1800x800 pixels in size.

Adaptation for event libraries and mobile view

If your event is displayed in a library, the image is cropped to a tile. In the mobile view, the tile can even be adjusted to a square. It is therefore advisable to place the main motif of your event image in the center. If you use text, please check the view on different devices and on both the tile and the cover image.

Images in Campaigns

The logo is scaled to a maximum height of 50 pixels and corresponds to the campaign group logo (or event logo for event campaigns). The maximum width is 275 pixels. The logo is always placed left-aligned with a distance of 20 pixels from the main axis to leave space for offset logos.

A .PNG format with a transparent background is recommended for the logo.

The width of the cover image is scaled to 550 pixels. The height is generally not scaled, but it is recommended to work with a landscape format so that the campaign content does not slide too far down. For event campaigns, the cover image from the event is also suitable for the campaign.
